Covenant Cards
Thank you for supporting Covenant Cards. We are honored to create products that bring families, churches, and communities together around God’s Word. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding order processing and delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Pre-order items, including Covenant Cards preorders, will ship according to the estimated shipping date listed at the time of purchase. Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once their order has shipped.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days if selected at checkout
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume shipping seasons.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order product becomes available unless otherwise specified.
Covenant Cards Preorders Estimated Shipping Window: May 2026
Customers will receive updates via email regarding production and fulfillment progress.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Covenant Cards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of damaged items if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate solution when possible.
